Looking back at a truly inspiring week… ✨

A chapter filled with professional growth, deep learning, and powerful connections across Europe and the Middle East.

🇩🇪 Regenerative Andrology in Germany
I had the privilege of attending an exceptional RegenLab Workshop in Germany, including a highly educational cadaver workshop, focused on advanced regenerative therapies in andrology.

My sincere thanks to Paul Cowen (RegenLab UK), Mohammed .t4k (RegenLab), and the wider RegenLab team for the warm welcome, impeccable organisation, and truly enriching programme.

It was an honour to learn from Prof. Dr med. Daniar Osmonov, a leading German urologist and andrologist with over 23 years of clinical and academic experience, Head of the Department of Urology and Deputy Director of the Urology Clinic at University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) in Lübeck, affiliated with the University of Kiel. His scientific session was a powerful blend of depth, clarity, and real-world clinical insight.

Heartfelt thanks as well to Dr. Serefoglu for his excellent, highly practical lecture — a true masterclass in regenerative applications in andrology.

The workshop brought together exceptional regenerative andrology specialists from across Europe and Kuwait, creating an atmosphere of generous knowledge-sharing, scientific curiosity, and meaningful networking.

It was also wonderful to become acquainted with Dr. Leon Al Mashan, visionary of MansMatters .uk — and to exchange experience, insights, and heartfelt conversations on elevating men’s health worldwide. As always, an amazing UCLH teams joins experts panel - a pleasure to learn from .

And beyond the academic depth, it was lovely to spend time in Kiel and Hamburg during the Christmas market season — the perfect backdrop to an inspiring professional week.

Looking back to the beginning of this month… ✨
A period filled with learning, meaningful encounters, and beautiful momentum.

It began with the Al Baraka Summit in London, an insightful deep dive into halal financial ecosystems and opportunities within Islamic markets. The discussions with international experts were genuinely enriching — and it was a pleasure to have Dominic Johnson , Baron Johnson of Lainston, with us.

A Member of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom, Lord Johnson is a British financier, hedge fund manager and politician; co-founder and CEO of Somerset Capital Management; and former Co-Chairman of the Conservative Party (Nov 2024 – Jul 2025). He is also a fellow member of the Arab Entrepreneurs Board, which is an honour for us.

He shared two reflections that stayed with me:

“No more humble and purposeful endeavour than allocating capital to its highest point of return.”
and
“The difference between business and politics? In business they listen to you, they are nice to you — and they pay.”

Sharp, honest, and remarkably true.

Another highlight was seeing my wellness startup recognised by the — a meaningful milestone as we continue growing our vision.

Looking back to the beginning of November… ✨
I’m reflecting on a truly inspiring week in Florence 🇮🇹

I had the honour of visiting Prof. Francesco Lotti and his exceptional team as part of my European Andrology Academy training — deepening my expertise in male factor infertility and genitourinary ultrasound, while also exploring future research collaborations connected to The Association of Aesthetic & Regenerative Andrology, which I’m establishing in the UK.

Learning from Prof. Lotti — a global leader in reproductive medicine and ultrasound — has been a privilege and a defining moment in my journey in andrology. I’m grateful for the warm welcome, the knowledge exchange, and the inspiring conversations that continue to influence my work today.

At the same time, me & my business partner visited a top-tier, innovative cosmetics and dermal filler manufacturer in Tuscany to discuss an upcoming collaboration — an exciting step towards bringing advanced, science-driven solutions into our clinical and research ecosystem.

Here’s to meaningful collaborations and elevating male health in Europe and beyond ✨

Driven by a shared vision and a passion for exploring uncharted territories and bold investments, we are committed to scaling our services and bringing the very best to our patients.

While Harley Street continues to provide excellence through Harley Health Village, I’m thrilled to embark on a new venture in Pall Mall that is close to my heart: creating a modern man’s sanctuary centered on mental wellness, intimate wellness, and longevity. Pall Mall is a historic area in Central London, a step away from Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, , , , and many more!

This initiative brings together exceptional urologists, psychiatrists, and other bilingual Arab & English speaking specialists based in the UK & MENA, alongside innovative platforms such as the first Arabic-speaking Psychosexual Therapy service, enhanced by AI-supported tools (details coming soon!).

Our goal is to empower men to achieve better performance, peace of mind, and long-term health. Through patient-focused educational content, practical self-care hacks, and an upcoming dedicated website and Instagram channel, we aim to make wellness accessible, engaging, and tailored to real-life needs.

I’m particularly excited to extend these services to our Arab patients—both virtual and on-site—building on the strong relationships we’ve established in London. With cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, and purpose-led care, we are addressing gaps in self-referred intimate and mental health services in the UK & MENA regions, especially for men navigating stigmas and hectic lifestyle-related health challenges.

This is the future of healthcare for a modern man in the United Kingdom, MENA & beyond —and I’m proud to be part of it.

✨ Rewriting Arab News – A remarkable evening at the University of Westminster, celebrating the 50th anniversary of Arab News and its visionary journey of growth and innovation.

Honoured to attend the special documentary screening in the presence of Faisal J. Abbas .j.abbas , Editor-in-Chief of Arab News, author, public speaker, and true visionary, who together with the Arab News team joined us from Riyadh to share insightful perspectives on a changing MENA region, Saudi–UK relations and the shared pursuit of progress and cultural understanding.

I was also pleased to catch up with some fellow members of the Arab Entrepreneurs Board and Playbook community — it was heartwarming to see our vibrant network gathering for the same meaningful UK–MENA causes.

The keynote address by Lord Ed Vaizey, former UK Culture Minister, beautifully highlighted Saudi Arabia’s evolving cultural landscape and its strong ties with the UK.

From launching its first international office in London to translating into 50 languages worldwide through cutting-edge AI technologies, Arab News continues to embody innovation, bridge cultures, and redefine modern journalism.

I was also pleased to catch up with some fellow members of the Arab Entrepreneurs Board , Conservative Friends of the NHS and Playbook community - it was heartwarming to see our vibrant networks sharing the vision and gathering for the same meaningful UK-MENA causes.

I had the unimaginable honour of being among royal highnesses, diplomats, and other distinguished guests witnessing Arab News Gala Dinner in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia marking the 50th anniversary of Arab News ( )and the changing region, graciously invited by the honourable Faisal Abbas ( .j.abbas ), Editor-in-Chief of Arab News and President of the Saudi Journalists Association.

It was an unforgettable evening that gathered some of the brightest minds and most inspiring voices of our time!

The highlight of the night was the keynote address delivered by HRH Prince Turki Al Faisal ( ) — former Saudi Intelligence Chief and Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to both the United Kingdom and the United States. His powerful words emphasised the importance of the pursuit of peace, and the stability of the region and beyond — a message of profound weight and urgency in these turbulent and uncertain times. His presence and eloquence carried an aura of wisdom that left a lasting impression on all of us in the room.

Equally inspiring was Faisal Abbas’s groundbreaking presentation, unveiling a bold new chapter for Arab News. With the introduction of AI-driven strategies, the Arab News aims to reach a wider global audience and reflect the dynamic transformation of the region and the world — a true marker of progress in journalism.

What touched me personally was the reminder that Arab News, bringing genuine light to world challenges and politics through the unique perspective of the Arab lens, will since October also been available in the Lithuanian language. I feel exceptionally honoured that this voice of the region will now also resonate in my mother tongue language — Lithuanian, which is needed urgently.

I was also deeply moved by the speech of Nourah Al-Nugali ( ), Assistant Editor-in-Chief of Arab News. She spoke with heartfelt sincerity sharing how her father’s guidance and example shaped the person and professional she is today.

I left the evening profoundly grateful and inspired. I wish Arab News many future milestones and continuing success! Here’s to a future of innovation, dialogue, and meaningful impact.

Grateful for the invaluable clinical practice and the cutting-edge insights shared during and amazing hands -on fellowship, especially focused on testicular cancer diagnostics. Looking forward to continuing this journey of excellence in Florence this November with Prof. Lotti!
