If you’re not training rotation…
you’re missing real power.
Most training is linear.
Up and down. Forward and back.
But your body doesn’t move like that.
Real movement is rotational.
Spiral. Connected. Dynamic.
In this drill:
👉 Step in with a skip
👉 Rotate and drive the cross
👉 Return to control
Now your body has to:
✔ Generate force
✔ Transfer it
✔ Stay aligned
From the ground…
through the hips…
into the upper body.
This is how you build:
✔ Real power
✔ Coordination
✔ Functional posture
Not just strength…
but usable strength.
