Nutritional Pointers
We are definitely in a period of information overload, especially when it comes to Nutrition, and it can be quite overwhelming🤯
Here’s some pointers to consider when you are embarking on your fitness journey
Slide 2 is a a suggestion of how your plate of food should look in a balanced diet for a female and slide 3 for a male
Of course, working out your macros can change the layout of that plays , as it’s no one size fits all, but start here, keep it simple and remember it’s a marathon not a sprint
