Over the past week, DAO Foundation, in collaboration with ATOE Training & Solutions, delivered a series of impactful lifesaving training programmes across schools, hospitals, and military facilities β strengthening emergency readiness at every level of the community.
We introduced Basic Life Support (BLS) to secondary school students and teachers, equipping them with skills in chest compressions, AED use, and choking relief, while engaging school leadership on securing an AED and establishing monthly charity BLS sessions.
At the hospital, our joint team delivered an ILS Charity Course for healthcare workers, covering ABCDE assessment, airway management, ALS-aligned resuscitation steps, and team simulation for in-hospital cardiac arrest. We also explored strategies to enhance emergency readiness and expand AED access across the teaching hospital.
In the military setting, we ran highly interactive sessions on ABCDE, airway skills, high-quality BLS, and team-based simulations, alongside strategic discussions on forming a resuscitation team and increasing AED coverage across key locations.
Overall Impact
