Okay… I know that might be a silly question — I’m a slimmer too! But I’m here to remind you of something really important… it doesn’t matter what the scales say.
The fact that you faced them is something to be proud of 💪✨❤️

I know I always say “NO GUILT” — and I also know that’s sometimes easier said than done. So let’s shift that mindset for a moment…

What have you got to feel guilty about?
You enjoyed Christmas?
Spent time with loved ones?
Ate and drank what you fancied?
Made special memories?

It was Christmas… and that’s exactly what it’s about 🎄❤️
NO GUILT NEEDED ✅

Now draw that line and start focusing on what YOU want to achieve in 2026 ✨
Get excited about what’s ahead, rather than dreading the scales — this year is yours!

So many of you faced the scales on Tuesday night and I am so proud of every single one of you ❤️
It’s not always easy, but there is never any shame in a gain — especially at Christmas 😉
