Meet Rory,
He visited BUBU Wellness Centre with multiple areas of tightness and discomfort - tension in his hips, thighs, hamstrings, legs, shoulders, and back... and even jaw tension from TMJ.
Over the past sessions, Steli has been working with him through targeted massage, mobility work, and tailored wellness treatments to help reduce pain, release chronic tightness, and bring his body back into balance.

👋Goodbye Tension. Hello Relief.
Today at BUBU Wellness Centre, our client came in with tension and muscle stiffness.
We prepared the room and warmed the body with gentle massage and oil to relax the tissue before applying the cups. Once placed, the cups encouraged fresh blood flow, released deep tension, and helped reduce inflammation. By the end of the session, our client felt lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed. Cupping is a natural way to relieve stress and support overall wellbeing - and we’re here to help you feel your best.
