Move breakdown: the super lunge into a forward fold.

This one builds … and then it humbles you!

We start in a deep super lunge, glutes engaged, front leg working and back leg lengthening. Then we layer it - hands come to the head and you hinge forward from the waist.

Suddenly balance is challenged, your core works harder, glutes fire deeper and there’s nowhere to hide! This is what we mean by progression 💪🏻

It’s the same move; but with more demand and greater control. Slow it down and stay in it, and when you feel the shake, you’re exactly where you need to be ❤️
