Change your perspective specially in this world of mass social media…

Somethings look too good to be true specially on social media…the images don’t match the figures, the fake smiles and the coerced group photos… tokenism etc…can you tell the difference from genuine emotions to a tactical approach…

Be aware of sales ploy or marketing schemes portraying an unrealistic situation or outcome giving a false impression of reality just so customers can buy into their products or services.Some companies, groups or even people are so desperate that they will do whatever it takes to keep a job, even sabotage their own well-being to please their boss or get more clients etc

We have a lot more psychological issues in todays society as some are unable to discern truth from reality, we even have days and weeks dedicated to mental healthcare however the same tactics seem to be used even to discuss or raise awareness of the issues…

keep your eyes and ears open to the truth… it will save you.

Be real with yourself…
True happiness is being able to accept yourself without the filters…
Filters are a mask to the truth… an obscured reality… when something isn’t real it is synthetic, fake and not original.
If food was fake it would lack nutrients or Nutritional value…and would probably make you sick 🤒 what is fake and what is real in your life?
Are you able to distinguish between what is from what is not?

Are you not responsible for the actions and events in your life?

Have you looked in the mirror lately…do you accept yourself? Or refuse the truth that’s starring at you?

Some people suffer from “Grand Illusions of Reality” and cannot separate or discern what’s real from what is fantasy… what you want from what you need…actual facts from ideals.

Some expect others to accept the lies that they have created to avoid their reality… be aware as you might get dragged into this lie and start believing that it’s real when it is not. The truth of the matter is one needs to come to terms with reality to be able to grow or overcome the challenge they face and only then will they gain true knowledge of their situation and how to transcend it.
