Care Assistant – Raynes Park / New Malden / Wimbledon Area

Location: SW20 0–9, KT3 3–6, SW19 4–7 (also considering applicants from Morden, Worcester Park & Putney Vale)

🏡 Role Overview

We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to support clients living in and around Raynes Park, New Malden, and Wimbledon.

This role ideally suits someone who can speak Arabic or Urdu, as some of our clients would benefit from care in their own language(as requested).

🕓 Typical Shifts

Morning, lunch, and evening visits (between 30–90 minutes each)

Weekend and evening availability preferred

Flexible part-time schedules available

🧩 Main Duties

Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

Preparing meals and assisting with medication

Offering companionship and emotional support

Supporting with mobility and daily living tasks

Recording accurate notes via the Nourish Care app

🎓 Requirements

Kind, patient, and reliable personality

Good communication skills — Arabic or Urdu speakers preferred

Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential

Full training provided

Driving licence and access to a car preferred

Must have the right to work in the UK

About the Role:

Trio Care Agency Limited is looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients in their own homes. This role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring clients’ well-being, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Support with meal preparation and feeding where required
• Administer medication in line with care plans
• Help with mobility and transfers (including using hoists if needed)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns

Requirements:

• 6 months Experience in care is preferred but not essential (training provided)
