Choice Care provides specialist care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. We help everyone in our care to live safe, happy, meaningful and fulfilled lives, regardless of their challenges, where they’re valued, respected, listened to and supported, living as independently as possible.
We treat everyone we support with complete dignity and respect, working together to arrive at the key decisions that affect their lives. We agree personalised care plans and desired outcomes, and support everyone to achieve their individual goals, helping them progress at their own pace toward a positive, more independent future.
We currently support over 600 people. To meet their needs, we offer a comprehensive set of services, from high acuity residential care to more flexible supported living solutions. Our residential homes provide a safe, therapeutic and supportive environment, offering high quality, personalised care. Each property is a distinct community with its own character and personality - a second family for everyone we support. Our supported living services offer flexible care packages based on individual need, from a few hours a week to full time, 24/7 support for those in rented accommodation or their own homes.
