From the calming rustle of leaves to the rhythmic waves of the ocean, nature’s frequencies help us relax, reduce stress, and boost productivity. Sounds from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and tuning forks can shift us into specific brainwave states, alpha for relaxation, theta for deep meditation, and delta for deep rest and healing.
Our own voice is one of the most powerful tools for sound healing. Humming, toning, chanting, and singing activate the vagus nerve, calming the nervous system and promoting inner harmony. Simply singing your favourite song or making sound with intention can uplift your mood and shift your energy.
