We pride ourselves in clear Bespoke treatment therefore it is important that we fully understand your needs. Please note that we are not an emergency service and our care team can not provide you with medical advice. Medical treatment and advice can only be provided by your medical specialist following our referral.

Introducing Tina Le Tessier, our Production Account Manager.

Tina recently joined the LMC family and comes with the experience of working and supporting productions in her previous role.

Tina’s background is predominantly in health and care where she has spent over 20 years in client focused roles always keeping her clients happy and building up some lovely relationships along the way.

Outside of work Tina enjoys staying active with yoga, and working out at the gym. She has three fur babies that keep her busy with lots of walks and also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, eating out and in, cooking and home renovation – “my friends’ say that I am nifty in the kitchen and have a keen eye for interiors and design”.

Introducing Klaire Taylor, our Results Team Coordinator.

Klaire started her career working as an international expeditor for a multinational accessory manufacturer. Fast forward a few years and she moved on to new role working for a leading Electronics manufacturer specialising in PCB assembly with worldwide clientele in the oil & gas industry, defence & security,telecommunications,and a wide range of other Electronic industries.

Klaire joined LMC in the summer of 2020. Her role is supporting and dealing directly with the front of house team and directly with our partner laboratory. Klaire’s role involves bringing together various elements of our testing to ensure all test are accurately received at the laboratory and all results go out correct and accurately. Along side this, she provides administration support, creating reports for billing and accounts.

Her role requires the upmost flexibility, Klaire’s team are the final piece in the testing/results process with a great responsibility to the clients, their evenings are fast paced and intensive.

In her spare time she loves all things beauty and has trained in many beauty therapy courses. She loves going to the Gym, Yoga, meditation, walks, nights out and eating well. Klaire loves spending time with her family, she lives with her husband, Jordan, and her daughters, Taylor and Darcie. Last year they added their adorable 7 Month Cavapoo puppy, Buddy, to their family. As a family they love to travel vacationing as much as they possibly can.

MEET THE LMC TEAM

Introducing Denis Perreault, our Results Team Coordinator.

Denis is originally from Canada and started his career as a restaurant owner at the age of 22. During those four years he gained skills that would help him shape the future of his career. He then moved from his hometown to Montreal and started a short-term contract as cabin crew for just 2 years before joining the Casino of Montreal as a Croupier. He was then promoted to the management team as Chef de Table where he spent the next 7 years. Aviation was still something he needed to explore further, and he then had the opportunity to join an Icelandic Airline recruiting cabin crew to work in Paris. From there he worked mainly in Europe, Middle East and Africa and in 2004 officially moved to the UK where he has been living since. His last position before joining LMC was In-Flight Service Manager for TAG Aviation UK where he was responsible for developing the on-board service for a VIP B757 Private Jet. His role was to manage a team of cabin crew, cabin managers and on-board chefs. All this to create a high-end experience for luxury trips, where guests would travel for 3 to 4 weeks, discover new countries, cultures and indulge in a five-star service on board. This resulted in winning Best Tour Operator in the World for 3 consecutive years in a row.

In early 2021, Denis joined the LMC team as one of our Results Team Coordinators. His role is vital in ensuring all test results are accounted for and reported accurately. This involves creating end of day reports for each of our production clients as well as liaising with them should any important information need to be passed on. This role requires flexibility and the greatest attention to detail and involves processing over 2000 test results a week in conjunction with our partner laboratory.

Outside of work, Denis met his partner Jeremy when he moved in the UK in 2004 and they got married in 2008 and now live in West Sussex. They both love cooking and dining out exploring dishes from around the world. They regularly visit their families in Canada and France but also like to travel in different countries and discover new cultures.

Cervical Cancer Prevention Week

Cervical cancer is the most common cancer in women aged 35, and 75% of cervical cancers are prevented by cervical screening (smear tests). Yet only 1 in 3 people with a cervix ever take up their invitation to a smear test and 1 in 3 young women don’t accept their HPV vaccine.

Smear tests are recommended every three years for women aged 25 to 49 and every five years for women aged 50 to 64 to prevent cervical cancer from developing.

Introducing Imogen Harrison-Broadley, our Accounts Executive.

Prior to LMC, Imogen worked in long haul aviation for 6 years as cabin supervisor, as well as property for over 6 years working her way up to assistant manager/valuer.

At LMC, Imogen assists our accounts team as well as our CEO, Kirsty, with day to day accounting and business tasks. Imogen is currently taking an accounting course (AAT) to progress in her role.

Imogen lives outside of London, with her 6 year old chihuahua, Ralph, in their recently purchased first home. Outside of work, Imogen has a passion for culture and travel, and has visited 82 countries in 6 continents. Imogen is a massive foodie and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Introducing Victoria Feargrieve, our Concierge Scheduling Assistant.

Previous to joining LMC, Victoria managed the front of house team at an aesthetic clinic in West London, when the COVID-19 pandemic prompted a sudden move to Sussex. She then spent some time remotely heading up a team of customer care advisors for an on-demand private healthcare service before joining LMC in early 2022.

At LMC Victoria takes care of booking concierge testing for our production clients, coordinating medical professionals across London and the UK to schedule urgent testing requests, organise large group testing events and help in delivering outstanding medical services to our clients.

When away from her desk, Victoria loves spending time agility training with her two Jack Russell’s Ozzy & Isla. You can also find her enjoying long walks across the South Downs with her husband and the pups, nestled into a countryside pub for a roast with family on weekends or getting creative with graphic design and crafts.
