Here are a few snapshots from our latest workout session! I truly believe I’m at the peak of my fitness journey—not just because I look great, but because I feel fantastic.

In the past, I often prioritized my appearance over my well-being, which made it difficult to maintain a great shape. Now, I’ve shifted my focus to activities that genuinely make me feel good, and as a result, my body reflects that positive change.

Also having who is even more consistent than me helps 🙈🥰❤️

We all know that achieving a leaner appearance requires good nutrition and regular exercise. Yet, many people struggle to reach their goals. So, what’s missing?

Let me share what has helped my clients achieve their desired bodies:

Consistency

How many times have you started a diet only to stop because you weren’t seeing immediate results? Remember, results take time, and every body is different. Consistency is key. Keep showing up, and you will achieve your goals!

Mindset

Your mindset can be your greatest ally or your worst enemy. It’s crucial to reflect on where you are now compared to where you started. Recognize and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Did you make it to the gym today? Go for a run? Politely decline a donut from your coworker Debby? Celebrate that sh*t!

Every win counts, and when you start acknowledging them, bigger achievements will follow.

Stay consistent, cultivate a positive mindset, and watch as you transform into the best version of yourself.

Can you believe it’s been almost 13 years since I first stepped into the gym? I still vividly remember that moment—nervous, unsure, and completely intimidated by all the heavy weights around me. 😅 I was terrified of looking foolish, but I had this burning vision in my mind: I wanted to look like a specific fitness model. Can you guess who it was? 🤔

Over the years, I’ve tried so many different training styles. I fell in love with bodybuilding, but it came with its own set of challenges. I found myself caught in a cycle of obsession, battling an eating disorder and body dysmorphia—something that many in this industry can relate to. 💔 I was so focused on sculpting my body to look a certain way that I forgot the most important part: enjoying the journey.

Now, I’ve shifted my mindset and training. I train not just to look good, but to **feel good**. And guess what? When I prioritize my well-being and happiness, the results follow naturally! 🌈✨

I share this because I know many of you might be in the same boat I was—fixated on the end goal and forgetting to enjoy the process. Remember, fitness should be fun! Embrace the journey, celebrate your progress, and don’t let the numbers define you. 💪❤️

A few weeks ago, I found myself stepping into a new gym, surrounded by unfamiliar faces and a sea of “big guys” lifting heavy weights. For a moment, I felt that familiar knot of intimidation in my stomach—something I hadn’t experienced in a long time. It was a stark reminder of what it feels like to be the newcomer in a place that can feel so overwhelming.

But instead of letting that feeling take over, I took a deep breath and reflected on my journey. I remembered what it was like to be new to the gym, and it sparked a desire to share some tips for anyone else who might be feeling the same way. If you’re stepping into a gym for the first time and feeling intimidated, here are my five essential tips to help you thrive!
