Bayonne & Field Road Community Champions

We work by giving residents and communities the tools and resources to identify local issues and problems and to come up with their own solutions.

The Bayonne and Field Road Community Champions Project aims to build the capacity of local residents to work together with local providers and commissioners so that services are better designed to meet local health and social care needs. Our Community Champions are central to the success of the project. Each Champion benefits from quality training, development plans and goal setting that will support their personal progress through the project and into the future. The Bayonne and Field Road Community Champion’s Project is delivered by Hammersmith and Fulham Volunteer Centre.
