😴 Prioritise sleep: Aim for seven to nine hours of quality sleep per night to allow your immune system to function optimally and build a stronger antibody response. Inadequate sleep can weaken your immune defenses.
🏃♀️Engage in regular, moderate exercise: Moderate physical activity, like walking or a home workout, can stimulate the production of white blood cells and natural killer cells. Avoid over-exercising, as too much can suppress the immune system.
