There's been some new follows recently so I wanted to reintroduce myself ✌️ I am local personal trainer working in the fitness industry for seven years.

I am a personal trainer and Mental Health with Exercise coach working in the fitness industry for seven years. In this time I have focussed on empowering women through exercise. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ

*UPDATE!* There is one spot left on the 8am course. If anyone is still interested in a 12.30pm slot starting Wednesday, let me know as I can run 2 courses if there is enough interest for this time as well!

Hope everyone is doing really well!🍁

I have an exciting boxing course coming up which I wanted to let you all know about!

I am looking for a minimum of four women who would be interested in doing beginners boxing sessions with me in Hilly Fields, Lewisham. πŸ₯Š

I am doing this as part of a course rather than drop in classes so you will get the most out of the sessions and see progression quicker. If you have prior boxing experience that is also great!

I would like to start next Wednesday 29th at either 8am or 12.30pm depending on which time is better suited. The initial course will then run for four weeks with the last session being 20th December. We will then do a second course in New Year!
