“My funny valentine, sweet comic valentine, you make me smile with my heart. Your looks are laughable, unphotographable, yet you're my favourite work of art”. Chet Baker - My Funny Valentine

“Well maybe it is just the time of year, or maybe it's the time of man. I don't know who l am. but you know life is for learning. We are stardust. We are golden”. Joni Mitchell – Woodstock
They say, “the darkest hour is just before the dawn”. 5 ways to stay positive - do some yoga, do a little meditation, set small goals, talk to loved ones, and know that this time of year can be tough even in normal times.

“It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, everywhere you go. Take a look at the five and ten, it's glistening once again, with candy canes and silver lanes that glow". Take your pick - Perry Como, Bing Crosby, Johnny Mathis, or Michael Bublé.
My gratitude for yoga has grown throughout this challenging year as it's been a constant I can rely on. I've certainly been frustrated when I haven't been able to practice it in the way I wanted and relieved when I could. After 25 years of rolling out a mat, now a towel, I’ve discovered it anew. It’s provided me with exactly what I needed, strength, compassion, and peace.
Looking back, it seems like this year has just consisted of January, February, Lockdown, Christmas. But we got here and it might feel like finding gratitude and joy at the end of such a brutal year is a radical idea, but Christmas is just that – a time for reflection and valuing the bonds we have with others. Perhaps there’s a bigger need to foster the spirit of Christmas this year than ever.

The great, late, Ram Dass once said: “If you think you are enlightened, go and spend a week with your family” and although this Christmas might not be a typical one, we still need to be mindful to let those we love to be whom they are without trying to change them.
Finding time to meditate, do yoga, going for a walk, can help us find space which in turn can help us love those who are closest to us, even if we don’t always agree on everything!

The nights are long, the weather is cold, but with Hanukkah, the solstice, Christmas, New Year’s, and the prospect of a vaccine all on their way, it's starting to feel like “It’s the most wonderful time of the year!”

We don't officially celebrate Thanksgiving in the UK, but I often wish we had something like it - where we spend time towards the end of the year with loved ones reflecting on all that we’re grateful for.
It has certainly been a challenging year for all of us, and perhaps that's precisely why we might need the healing power of gratitude more than ever.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

When we create our products, it's important for us not only to measure on its looks and performance but also the overall effect it has on the environment.
We are committed to using durable materials that prolong products' life, consume less energy, and generate less carbon footprint when manufactured.
Ultimately, we want to create something that you love to use and that you feel is designed and made with care.

As a yoga company, we love nothing more than exploring the interplay between design, technology, and performance as a way to inspire our customers and deepen their practice.

Our belief is that the use of beautiful colour is as much a part of the design as a detail or a pattern and that inspiration can come from some of the most unusual and un-obvious places.

As a yoga company we have a very simple aim, one we’ve placed right underneath our name on our logo - “live to inspire”. We believe that if we can create beautifully designed, perfectly functional yoga products that respect our environment, we can inspire people to practice yoga with a deeper sense of connection.
agoy started out in London back in 1999, when British yoga teacher Howard Napper wanted to use his past experience as a fashion designer to produce a contemporary range of yoga products as yet another way of sharing his love and appreciation of yoga with others.
Years later, we still consist of a small team of devoted yoga lovers, who also happen to be experienced designers and materials experts. We believe it’s a combination of our experience as well as our passion that makes us best equipped to understand the needs of today’s yogis.
When you demand more from your yoga, we will always innovate and push our boundaries, as well as the boundaries of the materials we work with. We have to admit that we do this in part for our own yoga needs, but also because we know anything less just won’t help us achieve our most important goal – to inspire you.
Our desire to innovate also forces us to make big changes from time-to-time, and in 2018 we reimagined and re-launched the company with what we believe to be the most ground-breaking yoga product since the introduction of the yoga mat – the Gecko Touch. The Gecko Touch is the first release in the Gecko Collection, our new range of next generation yoga towels.
