9 rounds of 7 minute speeches over 3 days. One day for the European Women's conference coupled with quarter finals. Final day of semi-finals and Grand Final. There will be an English as a Second Language (ESL) break and an English as a First Language (Open) break to quarter finals. Adjudication

Emilia Carlqvist
- Emilia is studying medicine at Lund University Sweden. She is the CA of Warsaw Euros 2016, and was DCA of Vienna Euros 2015. She has CAed numerous tournaments including the Oxford IV, Cambridge Women's. She is a previous ESL Euros champion and ESL finalist at WUDC and was ranked as the 2nd best ESL speaker at Zagreb Euros. Helena Ivanov
- Helena previously studied at Belgrade University and now studies political Science at the University of Oxford. Helena is DCA of Warsaw Euros 2016 and will CA Talinn Euros in 2017. She was ESL Chennai WUDC finalist and was the top ranked ESL speaker and 6th top ranked Open speaker at Zagreb Euros. She has CAed numerous tournaments including the LSE Open, Oxford IV, Moscow Open and Turku Open. Rebecca Meredith
- Rebecca was CA of Zagreb Euros 2014. She has CAed numerous tournaments including the Cambridge IV, Budapest Open, Paris Open and Inner Temple IV. She was the 3rd top open speaker at Belgrade Euros. In 2015 she was an English Mace finalist, 2nd top speaker and top breaking team. Rebecca works as a barrister in London.
