What I do: Help women approaching the golden era, (midlife) especially those struggling, who find it difficult sharing their challenges at this time of life, to come together in a confidential place and explore who they are and who they want to be and what this time of life looks like...Simply, I help women of the golden age realise this time of life can be a positive experience. WE ARE VISIBLE!


Why I do it: There are approximately 4.67 million people who are aged between 50 and 54 in the United Kingdom. I wanted to create a platform
where women at this time of life, could have a safe place to go to, and talk about where they are at this time of life, without feeling shame and being judged, a place where they could receive the help they deserve.
2ndSpring raises the awareness of this age group to help make them more visible so they have a voice. How do I do it: Sharing my knowledge, experience and skills. 2ndspring holds one day weekend and international retreats, 121 FREE half hour consultation and online discussions that give women the opportunity to engage with real talk. Why it works: Women are given the opportunity from an individual perspective, in a confidential setting, to talk and be listened to through conversation to re-engage and find purpose they may have lost due to, lack of confidence, low self esteem, gaslighting,imposter syndrome, menopause etc

Services provided: 2ndSpring offers a network of professionals from different sectors, health/well being, training, employment, business, friendship, assisting in helping women get back on track. Quarterly weekend one day retreats for like-minded women to get together in confidentiality and discuss what matters at this time of life. 121 development mentoring, Online discussion events and advice.
