Feeling blissed-out and sending much gratitude for another utterly fabulous and brilliant week in Kefalonia with a beautiful and fun gaggle of Goddesses. Kayaking for the first time too! I'll be here again next year from 17th - 24th September 🥰

During the lockdown and inbetween yoga classes I've been painting, decorating and jazzing up old furniture. Each piece is totally unique and been hand painted, decorated with French paper art and varnished for protection. They will brighten up any room and give a jolly vibe to your home. Welcome to 2021. May you keep calm and stay sane during the madness.
I hope you're all doing ok, dear friends. It's such a crazy time out there and I know that having a regular yoga and/or meditation practice helps keep the darkness at bay.
I am continuing teaching my online classes.... Slow Flow, Restorative, Dynamic wake-up and Womb Wisdom I'm planning a fun slow flow , with disco shimmy and guided meditation on Sunday! 🥰
Yoga is for everyone! Regardless of experience, finances etc... Come and join in. You'll feel so much better afterwards...
