High protein meal! ๐Ÿ˜‹

THE INGREDIENTS:
๐Ÿ‘‰180g Egg Noodles Cooked in
Unsalted Water
๐Ÿ‘‰2.4g Onion, White, Yellow or
Red, Raw
๐Ÿ‘‰Pepper, Sweet, Red, Raw
๐Ÿ‘‰5.3g Soy Sauce
๐Ÿ‘‰4.5g Sesame Oil
๐Ÿ‘‰15ml Squid Brand, Fish Sauce
๐Ÿ‘‰2g Spring Onions,
๐Ÿ‘‰100g Raw Fish Salmon
๐Ÿ‘‰100ml Kikkoman, Marinade, Teriyaki

THE METHOD:
1. Cook noodles and set aside.

2. Marinate salmon in half of the teriyaki and bake at 190 degrees for 12 minutes.

3. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, rest of teriyaki, sesame oil and toss
into cooked noodles.

4. Top noodles with salmon and sliced onion peppers and spring
onions.
