We know the importance of self care, it’s so important to be mindful 🧘🏽♂ of our environment, and take responsibility for our physical and mental wellbeing. 🧘🏻♀🌷
Here is a fun 💚 guide to some full body exercises you can practise at home - with no equipment needed - so get your bodies moving everyone! 💓
Set your timer and perform each exercise for 1 minute. 🎊❤
Exercise 1 - Lunge on left leg, lunge on right leg, followed by a squat jump�Exercise 2 - Press up, followed by a shoulder tap on each side (in plank position)�Exercise 3 - Two Burpees, followed by two squats�Exercise 4 - Wall sit hold (in squat position)�Exercise 5 - Have a boogie! 💃🏽 🎉 🕺🏻
REPEAT THESE EXERCISES 3-5 TIMES. 💫💕
