⚡️Taking time so stand still, still takes a bit of effort… not so much physically ( okay well sometimes )
But MENTALLY is a challenge, especially if you’re a neurodivergent and your brain is ‘firing and wiring’ ideas, thoughts, to-do lists all at the same time.🫣
That’s why combining somatic movement, visualisation and breath can work really well…
Being guided in this way gives flexibility and space for you to really listen to what your body needs.
