- I’ve personally weight trained for over 30 years
- For the last 20 years I’ve ‘morning trained’
- I believe everyone deserves the power of fitness
- My fav exercise is Barbell 21’s
- I no longer distance run, ever!
- My motto is ‘progress over perfection’

- I’m 47 years old
- I’ve been known to dye my beard
- I have 3 kids

- I have a lot of imperfections

“Do you want to be in great shape & fitness, but have no social life...
..Or, decent shape & fitness, and a good social life?”

Being in fantastic shape is fantastic.

But, when it’s at the expense of everything else, the novelty can be very short lived!

It’s time to make some changes.

And, you know that.

A week from Monday, I’m starting a new fitness programme…

…that will show and coach the participants on how to get in decent shape and fitness, without giving up all the foods, drink and activities they love.

It will all be tailored/personalised, and I will give them everything…

…the workouts, the nutrition, the lifestyle plan, the coaching...

… to start improving their fitness straight away, and to be ‘where they want to be’ in just 12 weeks...
