A year ago, I took on board to assist me running The LBA Facebook group. Cressie is an absolute grafter and has been a huge help to me running things behind the scenes and ensuring the smooth running of one of the biggest hospitality resources in the country 🔥

Thanks for all your support, mate! ❤️

THE LONDON BARTENDERS’ ASSOCIATION

Founded by Drew Mallins on 2nd January 2010, The LBA is one of the most active and populated social media groups and communities for the bar and drinks industry in the U.K. There are over 30,000 members and growing interacting daily. Hospitality recruitment, cocktail recipes, networking and sourcing ingredients are some of the vast array of topics frequently discussed within the community. It's also a safe space where members can ask the community for help or message me directly. Mental health support and challenges with employment are common areas of grievances experienced by LBA members who often are unsure where to turn for help.
