Love this 😂 right, let’s turn the drama up…
Tonight’s episode of “Confidence in the Kitchen” went downhill fast…
Wife: “Why does the gravy look like tar?”
Me: “It’s rich & dark, that’s flavour that is.”
Gravy granules ✔️
Oxo cube ✔️
Then I grabbed this browning like some sort of gravy wizard 🧙‍♂️
One splash later and I’d basically made:
Premium Diesel Deluxe Sauce
Looked like I could tarmac the drive with it… BUT I’m not even joking, it tasted banging 😭👌
Moral of the story — that browning don’t play. It’s not “glug glug”, it’s “blink and you’ve gone too far.”
Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s turned gravy into a building material? 🏗️🍽️

Leftover Guinness beef stew round 2 had the same yesterday. However added a buttery horseradish mashed potato. Was awesome always best the next who agrees?
