Proud to be a part of the Junior Travel Ambassador Day.
Hosted by Hampton Prep, representatives from schools across the Richmond Borough meet to discuss and learn about sustainable ways to travel to and from school. As Travel Ambassadors for their school, it is then their responsibility to educate fellow students and encourage them to cycle, walk, or scoot to school.
We spoke about the many benefits of cycling, how to be safe on a bike and how to park your bike securely. Followed by a hands on practical on how to change an inner tube.

Ruth has over 20 years experience as an osteopath. She will be providing cranial treatment for children and adults.

New instructor alert 🚨

Welcome our newest member to the HWH team, Maya Taylor.

Maya first discovered Pilates many years ago after being told to strengthen her back due to having a scoliosis.

Trained with Polestar Pilates in London, she now shares her knowledge and experience helping others. Whether it’s to strengthen, improve flexibility or just get fit, Maya enjoys the task.
