Big, sudden changes are the fastest route to burnout. Small, realistic shifts last longer.

🧠 We talk about Alzheimer’s once it’s a problem — but brain health matters long before that.

With growing research into Alzheimer’s, one thing is clear:
👉 This isn’t just something to think about later in life.

It’s been a while since I shared what I actually do 👋

I’m a Nutritional Therapist, but I often call myself “The Gut Whisperer” because my work is based on gut testing. I’m very data-driven, and testing gives us real insight into what’s happening in your gut and how your bacteria are impacting your health.

Most people come to me with gut issues, pain, or toilet troubles — but gut testing reveals so much more, including inflammation, nutrient gaps, and imbalances that affect the whole body.

From there, we use personalised nutrition, targeted diet changes, fibre support, and (when needed) supplements to boost beneficial bacteria and reduce the less helpful ones — helping you feel back in control of your health.

I also work increasingly with child nutrition, especially for active and sporty kids, after seeing first-hand how little support there is for parents in this area.
