A purpose built yoga studio opposite Burgess Park. Lost in Yoga was created as an antidote to the stresses of modern life. Carrying around little computers all day, never switching off from dawn to dusk can be exhausting and a drain on the body and soul. We began by offering group, 1-2-1 and corporate yoga classes, and then took over Yoga Arch in between Camberwell and Elephant and Castle really wanting to focus on building on the community feel of the studio by increasing the offering for every body and every budget. Classes are very tailored to the students, with a huge focus on moving the body in a mindful way, following the breath, doing what feels good and not caring about what it looks like, just let it all go! Expect a wide variety of class styles from slow flows, restorative yoga, nidra and meditation to power vinyasa, ashtanga and rocket. Our classes are open to all, beginners are always so very welcome, we would love to see you! Anyone that wants to come to a friendly, non competitive, judgment and ego free studio should come and get Lost in Yoga.
