Last night was such an incredible evening.

Marie Forleo and her husband Josh Pais, talked about emotional healing, intuition, creativity and following your dreams.
Just a few topics I’ve been obsessed about for a while.

It was great to meet them both, I’m excited to read Josh’s book about creativity, but most importantly, it was an honour to meet Marie Forleo.

I’ve been following her for years and it’s by watching Marie TV, and seeing her interviewing amazing people and having such inspiring conversations that I realised I wanted to do the same.

When I became a coach and I was working with my coach, I kept saying I wanted to start my podcast.
Since starting Intuitive Queens Podcast in 2019, interviewing people, and then having my own episode has given me so much joy and it’s been incredible hearing people saying that my podcast has inspired them in a way or another.

This year has been a major year of ending and new amazing beginnings and this feels such a great circle moment.

✨ Orange food + period = healing magic ✨

Yes, I really do cook orange food when I’m on my period 🧡 and no, it’s not just because I love sweet potatoes and butternut squash!

Orange is the colour of the Sacral Chakra, the centre of creativity, flow, and pleasure, the same energy that fuels your ability to create, receive, and express in your business.

So when I’m bleeding (aka releasing, resetting, and reconnecting), I intentionally bring more orange energy into my life — through food, clothes, even candles — to nurture my body and keep my creative energy flowing.

Let’s talk about orange and the energy of November!

In colour therapy November is associated with the colour 🍊 which is all about creativity, sexual energy, using our senses and having fun, play with that inner child and go splash 💦 in the puddles kind of energy!

If you have been feeling stuck and unmotivated, use this energy to get you out of the funk!
