The colder days are here and lots of sniffles and tickle throats.

Whip this fortified meal up in minutes and serve with Wholegrain rice or healthy grain toast for the extra nutty flavour.

Smoked Haddock Turmeric Curry

Wholesome, healing and deeply flavorful

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
• 2 smoked haddock fillets (undyed, skinless)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
• 1 small onion, finely sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, grated
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• ½ tsp cumin
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ red chilli or pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
• 200ml full-fat coconut milk
• 150ml fish or vegetable stock
• Juice of half a lemon
• Handful of fresh coriander (optional garnish)
• Salt to taste

Strawberry Banana & Mango Creamy Smoothie

This evening, we’re keeping it simple, nourishing, and so creamy.
A glass packed with nature’s sweetness, gentle fibre, and fruity sunshine to set the tone for a grounded day.

Fresh strawberries for that antioxidant kick, creamy banana for energy and fullness, and mango for that tropical glow. Blended with natural yogurt for probiotics and gut-loving creaminess…
It’s the kind of cup that feels like self-care in a sip.

You’ll need:
Strawberries
Banana
Mango
Natural yogurt
A splash of milk or water (optional)
Chia seeds or flaxseed to sprinkle (optional)

Blend, pour, sip slowly, and breathe.

Benefits:
Supports digestion, boosts vitamin C, fuels energy gently, and keeps you fuller for longer, a wholesome drink, the mindful way.
