We strive to be different from all the other IT service providers, making sure we provide the correct service but also building a relationship with the client matters to us. Once a relationship has been built it is then a lot easier to provide support to each client as there is then an understanding between each party to be able to come to a solution/fix that is viable and workable. Part of being different is to be very approachable at all times, we do not want to be labelled with the “send a ticket and wait” tech support provider, we are on the end of the phone and will talk to you and assist when you need us.

ValiantIT was formed as part of a rebrand of InstanceUK, Since then we have managed to support many businesses around Essex and London allowing them to work without any issues. Managing projects from start to finish including some great wide scale app developments for various clients. With over 10 years’ experience we have managed to provide IT Support in a professional yet friendly manner.

Our work ethic is based on customer service, being on the end of the phone not only as the “boring IT bod” but as a voice of knowledge to not only fix your issues but help you understand why these are happening or what has caused it.
