Resilience isn’t linear, but it is trainable. 🧠💪

It took 2 weeks after travelling, but my resilience is finally back to Strong. HRV has improved, sleep is deeper, and I’m feeling much more grounded again.

Back in London after a week in the US 🇺🇸 ! and as always, I could feel the long-haul travel taking a toll.

I’m ending a first full week of conferences in the US - packed schedule, red-eye flight, and barely any time to reset. I thought I was coping well… until I looked at my stress data 👀

📉 My HRV had dropped
📈 My recovery score was struggling
And I felt more depleted than expected.

Your body knows the difference.

What looks like “just clutter” on your shelves may actually be chaos in your nervous system.

Modern life constantly pushes us into dopamine loops: scrolling, buying, hoarding, searching for the next fix.
But dopamine is short-lived. It spikes, crashes, and leaves us needing more.

What made it even more meaningful was the fact that this was the very group that changed the course of my life 14 years ago. Back then, I stumbled upon bioidentical hormones and longevity medicine through them - and for the first time in my medical career, things just clicked. It gave me a sense of purpose I hadn’t felt before.

To now be in a position to give back to the same community that inspired me all those years ago… it honestly felt incredible. I’m eternally grateful! 🙏🏻
