This is the page to support our Daughter Rebecca, Age 17 through her bone cancer battle. After a period of some illness, Rebecca was diagnosed in early 2017 with bone cancer (sarcoma) with two large tumours growing in her left hip. Recently these tumours have grown to three very large tumours and Rebecca is in real pain. Rebecca is being cared for at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, London, the national centre of excellence for teenage bone sarcoma. MRI and Biopsies Rebecca will undergo major surgery soon to start her battle to beat this cancer. This page will provide updates on how Rebecca is getting on and also post about the range of fundraising activities that people from across the Country are going to support Rebecca through her cancer battle and support he rehabilitation.

Five weeks today I will be on day two of my walk from London to Liverpool to support our Rebecca who has in her hip. Today I am continuing my training with a walk down Watlubg Street (the A5) from Edgware town centre to Maida Vale and back. Also foodwise watching what I eat as I want to lose a few kilos before I start to try and be at 77 kilos. I will be trying to post every day in the build up the walk. The walk to support Rebecca is on! On 7th April 2019, together with Rebeccas Mum Nikki Holden we will be walking 220 miles in 6 days from the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London to Liverpool where Bex was born in 1999. Rebecca has had a s**t time since getting the very rare bone cancer Chondrosarcoma in her pelvis in 2017 which has now required two major operations to remove four cancerous tumours. The walk to support Rebecca is on, a girl from who now lives in On 7th April 2019, together with Rebeccas Mum Nikki we will be walking 220 miles in 6 days from the Royal National Hospital in London to Liverpool where Bex was born in 1999. Rebecca has had a s**t time since getting the very rare bone in her pelvis in 2017 which has now required two major operations to remove four cancerous tumours. Our Story

This is the page to support our Daughter Rebecca, who Age 17 in 2017 was diagnosed with a very rare bone cancer called Chondrosarcoma. Three large tumours were found in her pelvis and Rebecca underwent an operation in March 2017 at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, London. Under the care and guidance of this outstanding Hospital Rebecca was recovering well but at a routine appointment with here Surgeon in April 2018 a further large tumour was discovered in her pelvis, close to her spine. Rebecca will be undergoing further surgery in August. Bright, caring and a truly brave person, Rebecca is determined to get through this awful time in life, complete her A Levels and start a Degree in Teacher Training at Kingston University, London. In April 2019, Rebecca’s Mum and Dad, Nikki and Ray are walking 225 miles in six days for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London to Liverpool where Rebecca was born in 1999.
