I dare you to take that malaria sickness seriously today.

Not every fever is “just malaria” and even when it is, it deserves proper treatment.

Stop relying only on over-the-counter medicine without a proper test or prescription.

Delaying treatment can lead to complications that could have been prevented early.

I dare you to get tested and treated properly today.

I dare you to check your blood pressure this week.

Not when you feel sick.
Not when you feel weak.
Not when you have a headache.

Just because.

High blood pressure doesn’t always come with symptoms and that’s what makes it dangerous.

Early checks can help you make simple lifestyle changes before it becomes a lifelong condition.

Stress does not leave when you leave it alone.

I dare you to speak to a health professional about your stress symptoms.

Below are 5 symptoms that can feel ‘normal’ but may actually be dangerous if ignored:
• Constant fatigue
• Headaches
• Poor sleep
• Palpitations
• Mood swings

We prioritise diet, appearance, and weight loss but ignore symptoms until it becomes an emergency.

This week, I dare you to listen to your body before it forces you to.

You are doing a lot.

You move from prayer to kitchen,
from kitchen to work,
from work to motherhood
often without a pause.

You worry that you don’t have enough time to do “proper” hygiene.
You worry that you should be doing more.

But hear this:

You don’t need long routines to be clean.
You don’t need harsh products to be fresh.
You don’t need to feel guilty for choosing rest over perfection.

During Ramadan, hygiene is about intention and balance, not pressure.

Gentle washing.
Clean clothes.
Washing your hands when you can.
Changing when needed.

That is enough.

Your fast is valid.
Your care is enough.
Your body is not failing you.

If you’re doing your best you are doing well. Release the guilt. May Allah accept our fast as an act of Ibadah. Meanwhile click my bio for your e-book on healthy meal option plan during Ramadan. Day 13 of

Free E-book for my sisters: You don’t need to be waking up at 4:30am to cook every single day this Ramadan, when you can focus on worshipping/praying

If you’re:
• going to bed bloated after Iftar
• waking up already tired for Sahur
• relying on bread or sweet drinks just to feel full
• then getting hungry again before midday
You are most likely eating the wrong things during or Iftar.

That cycle is exhausting.

I created a 28-Day Ramadan Healthy Eating Guide with:
✔️ simple night-before Sahur ideas
✔️ calming evening drinks
✔️ solid, filling meals to keep you full for longer
✔️ traditional dinners without restriction

So you can fast with more comfort, stable energy, and less morning stress.

The guide is ÂŁ9.99 on my store.

But if you’re seeing this post,
use the promo code RAMADAN26 at checkout to get it FREE.

Let’s fast with ease this year 🤍

Thanks to E-literate for turning this book around as quickly as they can.

Truth:
Your va**na is not a wound. Antiseptics kill the good bacteria that keep infections away.

What actually helps:
Your body already maintains its own defence system support it, don’t sterilise it. Day 9
