Join us on Sunday 10th May at 7:30pm for an evening of restoration and deep relaxation 🤍

After the success of our first Restorative Pilates & Sound Bath Events, we’re excited to be bringing them to you more regularly throughout the year.

We’ll guide you through a 20-minute restorative reformer Pilates flow to gently unwind the body, release tension and prepare you for rest, followed by a 40-minute sound bath led by the lovely Sian from , designed to calm the nervous system and leave you feeling completely reset ✨

I had the pleasure of co-hosting 2 back to back reformer Pilates and Soundbath sessions on Sunday, with the lovely Ellen at her beautiful studio
Thank you to all of the lovely ladies that came along and allowed us to hold space for you to restore, relax & reset. The energy was divine and I slept so well after playing for both sessions 😅
Forever grateful for the aligned connections & collaborations I get to make with those who’s ‘why’ is their passion.
