I am a qualified counsellor at Post-Graduate level and have been working with vulnerable young people and women who have experienced sexual violence or any other harmful practice; such as female genital mutilation for the past 8 years I work from a Person-Centred and Existential orientation. I work within the BACP Ethical Framework and am a member of BACP. I am a full member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and am working towards accreditation with BACP. I offer a confidential one-2-one counseling session that last for 50 min and we will usually meet once a week at my practice based in east London
As your share your experiences and any issues that may be preventing you from moving forward. I will listen with openness, acceptance and a non-judgmental attitude. Hopefully we can explore your experiences so you can begin to understand and gain new insight of yourself. If there are any difficult feelings to encounter we can meet them in a safe and well managed space, without it becoming overwhelming. In approaching your inner world in this way we can create the space for new positive feelings and choices to emerge. For many people, simply having the safe space to communicate difficult experiences and be listened to in privacy and confidentiality can be deeply healing in and of itself
Fee
My fee is £50 per session (50 min). Concessionary rate of £35 per session available (unemployed, benefits, full-time students – proof required).

My practice is located in east London .I am available on the following days/times:
Saturdays– 10.00am to last appointment 5.00pm
Sundays – 1.00pm to last appointment 5.00pm
Mondays – 7.00pm to last appointment 9.00pm
