Six Physio. Physiotherapy. Straight up.

At Six Physio we know it’s really easy to make someone feel better, it’s slightly trickier to get them better. Long term gain always over short term relief.

We know it’s got very little to do with core strength, hamstring stretches or sitting for too long.

We try to use plain English not long​-​winded medical jargon and we make sure we do simple things incredibly well. We are the perfect bridge between a painful back, stiff shoulder or dodgy knee and being back to full function and happily managing ones symptoms.
