Here's a progress photo of my client Talisya, after completing the first week of my brand new 12 Week Online Fat loss Plan for Women... She lost 11lbs in 7 days, had no cravings for sweet/sugary food or junk and felt amazing... She's now about 2.5 weeks in and has lost well over a stone... You can't ask for a better start than that.
I'm REALLY passionate about this new plan designed specifically for women and I'll tell you why... Healthy eating has always been at the forefront of the work I do with my clients... In order for your body to work properly it has to receive a variety of nutrients... BUT... if your digestive system has been bombarded with booze, sugar and junk food for a considerable amount of time, not to mention various allergens... then there's likely to be a high degree of inflammation present... Signs of this are excess bodyfat, low energy, poor digestion, water retention and cravings. Until this inflammation has been reduced it will prevent your body from fully absorbing all of the nutrients in your new healthy diet and hamper fat loss, giving slow results at best. My initial 7 day RESET diet will eradicate any inflammation together with the physical stress, cravings and water retention that comes with it, leaving your body primed to maximise the benefits of your new healthy nutrition and training plan... As you can see from Talisya's progress, it really gets you off to an incredible start and this is so important for motivation.
There's far more to this 12 week plan than the 7 day RESET but this is the vital part that is going to set you up for the other 11 weeks both physically and mentally.
I released 10 spaces on this plan last week and they got snapped up immediately so I didn't get a chance to advertise them on social media. I've now cleared my diary to release additional spaces for a further 10 women to start the plan next week.
