Here's a progress photo of my client Talisya, after completing the first week of my brand new 12 Week Online Fat loss Plan for Women... She lost 11lbs in 7 days, had no cravings for sweet/sugary food or junk and felt amazing... She's now about 2.5 weeks in and has lost well over a stone... You can't ask for a better start than that.

I'm REALLY passionate about this new plan designed specifically for women and I'll tell you why... Healthy eating has always been at the forefront of the work I do with my clients... In order for your body to work properly it has to receive a variety of nutrients... BUT... if your digestive system has been bombarded with booze, sugar and junk food for a considerable amount of time, not to mention various allergens... then there's likely to be a high degree of inflammation present... Signs of this are excess bodyfat, low energy, poor digestion, water retention and cravings. Until this inflammation has been reduced it will prevent your body from fully absorbing all of the nutrients in your new healthy diet and hamper fat loss, giving slow results at best. My initial 7 day RESET diet will eradicate any inflammation together with the physical stress, cravings and water retention that comes with it, leaving your body primed to maximise the benefits of your new healthy nutrition and training plan... As you can see from Talisya's progress, it really gets you off to an incredible start and this is so important for motivation.

There's far more to this 12 week plan than the 7 day RESET but this is the vital part that is going to set you up for the other 11 weeks both physically and mentally.

I released 10 spaces on this plan last week and they got snapped up immediately so I didn't get a chance to advertise them on social media. I've now cleared my diary to release additional spaces for a further 10 women to start the plan next week.

85% of my clients are women so it's fair to say that I've spent a lot of time educating myself on the most effective ways for my female clients to burn fat and build muscle...

That said, all of my clients have different goals and different reasons for achieving those goals. Sophie's was to get as lean as possible for her wedding/honeymoon and with 7 days to go I think it's fair to say she's nailed it... and she's rather chuffed!! Great work Soph, you've done an incredible job 👍🏼

I've been working with Sophie on and off for about a year but she's really gone into another gear over the past couple of months in preparation for her wedding/honeymoon and the results are nothing short of awesome... Here's how she did it.

- Cut down on booze... 1-2 drinks per week MAXIMUM

- 2-3 HIIT Sessions per week

- 2-3 weight training sessions per week

- 2 full days away from the gym - no exercise at all

- Completed a daily food diary to ensure she was meeting her calories and macros

- Protein with every meal... Low carb during the week with a more relaxed stance at the weekend when she could enjoy some of her favourite foods... Mainly chocolate 😉

Above all else she's been consistent with these elements and that's the real key to getting exceptional results... Sophie has a life like most people... a demanding, pressurised job and a busy social calendar... but she had a goal, worked hard to achieve it and she will be the first to admit that it was all worth it... Well done Sophie, you look fantastic!

I'm sure you're going into this week all fired up to work on those new year healthy eating and fitness goals... The only thing stopping you are those dreaded excuses...

Here's a few you I've heard over the years that you might recognise....

- The gym will be too busy tonight, I'll go tomorrow

- It's Kelly's birthday and she's gone to the trouble of buying cakes for the office so I have to eat one (three🙊)

- I ate all of those cakes yesterday in the office... I'll start my diet next week

- I'm too tired to go to the gym

- I'm too busy to prepare food

- I'm eating all the crap left in the cupboards and fridge before I start my new healthy eating regime

- I need a glass (bottle) of wine after work, I'm stressed

- I'm still a bit sore from the body pump class I did 8 days ago... I'll go to the gym tomorrow

- I need a glass (bottle) of wine after work, I'm celebrating

- It's raining, I'll stay in bed

- It's easier to starve myself on 600 calories of juices than go to the gym

- I need a glass (bottle) of wine after work, he's a selfish pig!

You get the gist... They are all excuses and they are the one thing that stands between you and your goals.

Dig deep, find another gear and see these obstacles as just another challenge to overcome in your quest to look and feel healthier!

Planning your New Year health kick? Not like this I hope?!

Now, I would never dream of criticising anyone for making the effort to improve their health and fitness... BUT... Celebrity fitness DVDs, cereal and slimming tablets just don't cut it I'm afraid... You may see some meagre results short term but how long can you live like that for?? Dancing in your lounge at 6am whilst eating a bowl of bran flakes and necking tablets that make you lose your appetite for the rest of the day... Then jumping on the scales at every possible opportunity, embarking yourself on a rollercoaster of emotions as you watch your weight fluctuating... JUST NO.

I just want to share with you Zsuzsanna's amazing transformation.

Zsuzsanna has Ketosis Prone Diabetes which had been wrongly diagnosed as other forms of diabetes several times leading to incorrect medication and severe weight gain. Professional advice that had been given to her relating to diet was, unbeknown to her, totally unsuitable for her condition and despite doing several classes a week at the gym she wasn't seeing any real progress. I was kindly recommended to Zsuszanna by another client back in May... She explained that she was getting married in 3 months and wanted to look her best on the most important day of her life.

I put a plan together which consisted of 3 training sessions per week... a mixture of weight training and HIIT... and her diet was based around 3 meals per day with snacks if needed... then she was able to relax things a little over the weekend.

What she has achieved in 12 weeks is absolutely remarkable... She's lost over 2 stone in body fat, built muscle and her fitness levels are through the roof... I can't praise her enough for all the hard work and determination she put into every session, not to mention the changes she made to her diet.

Well done Zsuszanna, you looked absolutely stunning on your wedding day, I'm so proud of you!
