Here are 6 Tips to help keep you well in 2026
1) Drink plenty of water
2) Make fruit & veg a major part of your diet
3) Keep active; remember movement is the cure & sitting is the new smoking!!
4) Don't visit your GP with a bad back as it's like seeing him for toothache!!!!
5) An Osteopath should be your 1st port of call for any back or neck ache, headaches or sciatica
6) Stress is always a spanner in the works for ones health! To combat it go for a walk, find someone to talk to & learn some form of relaxation.
