“The Women’s Chapter® feels like the rare kind of community that’s hard to find, a place where highly professional women operating at a high level are also genuinely warm and welcoming. Somehow, that magic mix truly exists here.” - Andrea Balboni, CEO and Founder of Lush Coaching 💫

Moments like this make all the effort worthwhile. Thank you, Andrea — we’re so proud to have you in our community 🙌🏾⚡

For , success has never been about choosing between professional achievement and meaningful human connection. It has always been about integrating both.

As the founder of Lush Coaching and a S*x, Love, and Relationships Coach, Andrea supports high-achieving women who thrive in their careers yet seek deeper intimacy and connection. Blending neuroscience with embodied wisdom, she helps women reconnect with themselves and build relationships grounded in awareness, honesty, and emotional depth.

With over two decades in digital innovation, she previously led global digital and user experience teams, gaining first-hand insight into the pressures leaders face as professional influence grows and personal connection often fades.

Alongside her coaching practice, she works with mission-driven organisations and global scale-ups across EMEA and Asia, guiding leaders through culture change, executive development, and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI. Her approach blends modern psychology, neuroscience, and somatic practices to support transformation across mental, emotional, and physical levels.

A passionate advocate for women in business, Andrea helps founders and executives unlock their potential, navigate complex challenges, and build lives that feel as fulfilling as they are successful. For her, true leadership is not just about performance; it is about connection, authenticity, and the courage to evolve.

We’re delighted to have Andrea as part of our community. Stay tuned for more insights from the founders and professionals we’re proud to bring together, or visit our website to learn more ✨

INSPIRATIONAL WOMAN: Career and leadership coach, consultant, speaker, and advocate for women in business, Jess Harvey, Founder of , helps professional women navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose 🙌🏾⚡️

After more than two decades in corporate banking, including senior leadership roles in global financial services, Jess chose a more meaningful path, retraining as an accredited executive coach to support women at pivotal moments in their careers.

Today, she works with professionals and organisations through coaching and leadership development, combining strategic insight with compassion to help women build confidence, trust their intuition, and lead with impact.

The Female Mentoring Alliance is a global community connecting and uplifting women in their careers and businesses through mentorship, conversation, and shared experiences.

Alongside this work, Jess provides risk and compliance consultancy, helping organisations strengthen governance, build resilient cultures, and lead with integrity. She also serves as a Non Executive Director and trusted advisor.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief: when women are supported to realise their potential, extraordinary things happen.

Jess believes championing women goes beyond equality. “When women are supported, businesses benefit from diverse thinking, empathetic leadership, and fresh ideas. By lifting women up, we break down barriers and create space for women to lead and thrive.”

Her advice to her younger self: “Trust yourself more than you think. Your career is a journey, not a straight line. Say yes to opportunities that excite you and surround yourself with people who lift you.”

To Jess, success means living with purpose, making a positive impact, and creating space for balance and fulfilment. The best advice she has received is simple: “Lean into change.”

We are proud to have women like Jess in our community. Through her work, she inspires women to trust their voice and build careers and lives shaped by confidence, clarity, and purpose💫

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY! We are still buzzing after the most amazing International Women's Day celebration at Montcalm Mayfair yesterday, in support of The King's Trust.

Our Give to Gain discussions covered sustainability, leadership, profit, purpose, pivots, imposter phenomenon (not a bad thing!), kindness and so much more!

One day we won't need a women’s day, but until then we will keep gathering, connecting, collaborating and driving change together.

With the support of Irwin Mitchell as our headline partner and ELEMIS, our Enterprise Panel partner, and Rathbones, Explora, Ancient + Brave, Missoma, Scamp & Dude and Montcalm Mayfair, we brought together 200 women to connect, inspire and be inspired so we can keep the momentum of Give to Gain going throughout 2026 and beyond.

More stories and reels on the learnings and insights shared to follow, but for now we want to say thank you to our incredible community of members, supporters and partners for inspiring us to keep doing more to make the world is a more equal and equitable place for women. Every ripple starts with a drop.

✨When women thrive, we all rise ✨

As we approach International Women’s Day 2026, we’re embracing this year’s theme: 💫

Because when we give our knowledge, our networks, our time, our visibility, we don’t lose. We multiply 🙌🏾⚡️ We’ve seen it inside The Women’s Chapter® time and time again.

A shared introduction becomes a partnership.

A generous conversation becomes clarity.

A room full of support becomes confidence in motion.

Giving isn’t a subtraction. It’s intentional expansion.

This is the power of community. This is the ripple effect. This is how we forge gender equality together.

TAG a woman who’s invested in you, backed you, or opened a door — and tell us: what will you give to gain this International Women’s Day? 💛

The power of community in driving change 🙌🏾⚡

At The Women’s Chapter®, we believe meaningful progress happens when values are shared, and action is collective.

It takes a lot for a company to make a positive impact on the world. Countless actions. Constant effort. And rigorous measurement.

And while the work is complex, our commitment to continuous improvement is straightforward. One simple symbol says it all: the B.

As a Certified B Corp™, we’re excited to join forces with the 10,000 companies around the world who are united by the B to share our story during 💚

INSPIRATIONAL WOMAN: Lisa Talbot, Founder of Lisa Talbot Personal Stylist 💫

For nearly two decades, Lisa Talbot has guided women towards renewed self-belief through the power of image 🙌🏾⚡️An award-winning personal stylist, she is recognised as The Pocket Stylist — a trusted authority for ambitious professionals seeking clarity, presence, and impact.

Working with founders, senior leaders, entrepreneurs and media talent, approaches personal presentation strategically. For her, clothing isn’t the point — identity and confidence are. When life or careers shift, wardrobes can feel misaligned. Lisa cuts through the noise and rebuilds with purpose.

Her approach is thoughtful and bespoke. By assessing lifestyle, proportions, and personality, she curates wardrobes that feel natural and empowering. Trends matter less than authenticity. The result is an image that supports ambition.

Alongside private clients, she hosts The Pocket Stylist Podcast, delivers corporate sessions and keynotes, and provides expert commentary in national media, including HELLO!, The Guardian and the Daily Mail, as well as on television and radio.

At the core of her work is a simple belief: when a woman feels confident in her appearance, her posture shifts, her voice steadies, and her leadership strengthens beyond the wardrobe.

A steadfast supporter of women in business, Lisa believes in sharing skills, knowledge, and connections to help others rise, confident that what you give comes back in kind.

Her advice to her younger self is to take more calculated risks. Be brave. Reward follows courage.

She is most proud of creating and delivering the Styling for Confidence workshops for the Look Good Feel Better cancer charity, witnessing first hand the impact on women rebuilding their confidence.

Her guiding principle is simple: be kind and polite. It costs nothing, yet carries immeasurable value.
