INSPIRATIONAL WOMAN: At the heart of beautifully relaxed luxury photography is Kika Mitchell, a woman whose career spans creativity, connection and courage 📸💫

As the founder of , Kika has channelled more than two decades of television expertise into a portrait brand that captures people exactly as they are: confident, natural and wholly themselves 🙌🏾⚡️

Before stepping behind the stills camera, Kika enjoyed a 23-year career in television, working with global broadcasters including ITV, Sky and the BBC. From directing celebrities to seeing her name in the credits on shows such as This Morning and Loose Women, she developed a deep understanding of storytelling, light and putting people at ease—skills that now define her photographic signature.

Motherhood shifted her lens, turning fleeting family moments into a calling rooted in connection. Today, Kika specialises in family, personal branding, commercial and corporate photography across Ess*x and London. Her style is editorial yet effortless, shaped by natural light, genuine interaction and real moments.

An active member of the Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers and The Guild of Photographers, Kika’s award-winning work has appeared in Good Homes, Ess*x Life and Exquisite Ess*x, and has been featured by Vogue Italia.

For Kika, great photography is an investment—in visibility, in legacy, and in self-belief. Her promise is simple: a relaxed, joyful experience that results in timeless images you’ll wonder why you didn’t create sooner.

A passionate advocate for female-founded businesses, Kika believes women’s financial independence is key to building a stronger, more connected future.

Her advice to those just starting out? Don’t underprice yourself — you bring more experience to the table than you realise.

The best advice she’s ever received: “There’s the quick and the unlucky.”

A mantra she lives by is simple yet powerful: “done is better than perfect.”

For all the new wonderful faces around here, meet our founder, Michelle Pughe-Parry de Klerk 💫

From hard news journalism to financial services, commodities and global hospitality, Michelle’s career has taken her across Paris, Hong Kong, Washington, Taiwan, Cape Town, and London, giving her a unique perspective on connection, ambition and what women need to thrive.

In 2014, she founded The Women’s Chapter® to create something she couldn’t find elsewhere: a curated, inclusive space where cross sector professionals and entrepreneurs could connect with purpose, share ideas and grow together 🙌🏽⚡️

What began as a side project with a handful of like-minded women has grown into a certified movement that has reached more than 30,000 women through membership, events, thought leadership and pro bono initiatives.

The Women’s Chapter® champions connection as a form of self-care, helping women invest in themselves, their goals and the relationships that matter most.

Under Michelle’s leadership, the community supports women far beyond its membership, pledging 5% of all fees to charities for women and girls and partnering with The through pro bono mentoring and membership programmes.

Michelle is also an ambassador for The King’s Trust Women Supporting Women and a delegate.

Everything she does is grounded in one belief: when women thrive, communities thrive, and together we create the ripple effect that shapes a more equitable future for all ✨

"The Women’s Chapter® has supported my personal growth and professional development, offering valuable business insight and a strong sense of community. It has far exceeded my expectations.” - Nina Panesar-Woods, Founder of Sansaar Wellness 💫

Words like this are exactly why we do what we do and truly fuel us. Thank you, Nina— we’re so grateful to have you in our community 🙌🏾⚡

In a world overflowing with wellness trends, Nina returns to something far more enduring: wisdom that serves. A senior yoga teacher, Ayurvedic coach, and mindfulness practitioner, she is the founder of — a sanctuary for women seeking balance, clarity, and sustainable wellbeing.

Nina began her career in corporate banking, where stress affected her health. Guided by Ayurveda, she found balance through yoga, meditation, and mindful living — a transformation that now shapes her work, helping women come home to themselves.

Since qualifying in 2014, Nina has blended movement, breathwork, and meditation with yoga philosophy. A Master’s in Mindfulness Studies from Aberdeen University informs her calm, grounded approach. She now teaches Vinyasa and mindfulness in Hampshire, alongside workshops, retreats, and Ayurvedic consultations.

At the heart of Sansaar is Ayurveda — the ancient science of life — approached in a way that fits modern living. Nina focuses on prevention rather than cure, helping clients understand root causes through daily rituals, diet, movement, and seasonal rhythms. Her integrative, whole-person approach restores vitality, improves sleep, supports hormonal balance, and cultivates lasting joy.

For Nina, Ayurveda isn’t self-care. It’s a way of living — how we rest, eat, move, and love — and a powerful reminder that true wellbeing begins within 🙌🏾⚡

We're delighted to have Nina as part of our WomenLed Collective. Look out for more insights from our members, or visit our website to learn more ✨

W.WORKSHOP: We already know how to set goals, plan strategically, and take action, but what happens when motivation fades, even with the best laid plans?

This isn’t a strategy problem; it’s an identity one.

What if growth didn’t come from doing more, but from becoming more of who you truly are?

Join us for a transformative workshop with Sinem Yildirim, a valued member of The Women’s Chapter® and a coach who works with female founders who sense they’ve outgrown the way they’ve been leading and working 🙌🏾⚡

Drawing on over 15 years of experience in education, leadership, and coaching, .coach helps women simplify their decision-making process and define success so that growth feels intentional and sustainable rather than overwhelming. Her work sits at the intersection of mindset and strategy, helping women lead from who they are becoming, rather than staying loyal to versions of themselves that no longer fit.

Instead of starting with what you want to achieve, we’ll begin with who you need to be to experience more success, joy, and ease in the year ahead.

YOU’LL LEAVE WITH:

▫️ An identity anchor to lead from

▫️ Clarity on what to focus on, and what to release

▫️ Confidence in your direction for sustainable growth

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

▫️ Know that the next chapter of growth requires a different way of leading, deciding, and showing up

▫️ Care as much about how they succeed as what they achieve

WORKSHOP DETAILS:

Date: Monday, 12 January 2026

Time 1-2 pm, UK time

Platform: Zoom

Join us for a FREE workshop, open to members and non-members.
