London food highlights!
1-3: - v yum but nothing out the gate!
4: - 10/10 so good, had every day
5: - actually incredible, so many options to choose from
6-9: chocolate strawberries and the pork sandwich were the highlights
10: yummy, would recommend the sandwich

Banana caramel choc brownie 🍌 celebrating latest creation!!

Ingredients:
150g butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 block Whitaker’s Banana Caramel Chocolate

Method:
1. Melt butter.
2. Beat in sugar and eggs
3. Soft in flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
4. Once mixture is combined, pour into a lined baking tray. Break chocolate into pieces and scatter on top of mixture.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
