We all do it wrong

What is the most precious thing we have in our life? Take a moment to evaluate what you value the most right now. Is it money, work, career, relationship, marriage, kids, health? What is it that makes you thrive, feel excited or loose sleep over it? Whatever your answer is, if it is different from the one here, then it is wrong.

From birth to death we have one thing running out, time. The battery is not rechargeable. No money can buy you another one to swap and keep on living. It only that much time we have. So why spend it on trivial problems like who left socks out, or why the colleague from the other team is keeps taking your seat or cut your speech through, or you seem to try to extend a relationship that is long overdue?

Because you haven’t realise what your precious commodity in life is. You haven’t feature out how to use it and what to do with it.
You are sitting in a cinema and watching your own film that you have written, directed and you star in it. If you don’t like the narrative, then change it. Eat the cake that says “Eat Me” on it and see what happens.

Think about a typical morning. You wake up and, almost automatically, start worrying about work—your workload, your colleagues, whether you’ll perform well enough. Your stomach tightens. You feel tension in your head. You tell yourself, “Today is going to be awful.”

At the end of the day—whether it was average or genuinely difficult—you feel relief. The tension drops. You hurry home to switch off with food, Netflix, or scrolling. The pattern repeats the next day. And the next. Weeks turn into months. Months into years.
