Hi, I’m Amanda Leigh.
A hypnotherapist based in Oxted, Surrey, working both in-person at Ingledale Therapy Centre and online with clients from all around the world.

What I love most about this work is witnessing the moment a client reconnects with themselves—when they let go of the guilt, quiet their inner critic, and recognise the strength they’ve always had.

Many of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, anxious, weighed down by self-doubt. For them life can feel like they are on autopilot—so caught up in the daily responsibilities and routines that they’ve forgotten who they truly are. But through hypnosis, we are able to explore their inner world, to help them reconnect with their resilience, their courage, and to reignite the spark they once had.

For me, it’s about helping people remember their worth, to know that their life has meaning, and that they have something unique to offer this world. I believe every person is extraordinary, and I’m grateful for the role I play in guiding them back to that truth.
