Yoga4Birth provides antenatal, postnatal & general yoga classes, holistic massage, cranio-sacral therapy, baby massage, doula & breastfeeding support in London. Pregnancy yoga classes are held in Wanstead, Chingford, Walthamstow and Isle of Dogs. Therapies, massage and workshops are held at the Yoga4Birth clinic in Walthamstow.
