This year, to help our clients release emotional trauma and regain their confidence in expressing their true selves, I have introduced a brand new treatment for the jawline, head, neck and shoulders with a practising development of breathing techniques.

During times of stress we store intense emotion around our jawline and shoulders which makes it harder for us to communicate and move freely. Many times we aren't aware, leading to more physical problems long term.

I am so excited to help you restore your health!

Isn't it amazing that the the pandemic has forced people to look more into their health and move forward with a well being plan long term?

Clients tell me so many stories on how 2020 impacted them and the positive transitions they have encountered including their desire to have massages as part of their weekly/monthly schedule.

I have now gone from having a massage once a month to every fortnight and have noticed a drastic increase in flexibility and digestion.
