Curry with power.

This creamy chickpea and spinach curry blends plant-based protein, healthy fats, and vibrant veggies for a meal that fuels your body and supports recovery.

Ingredients:
Cooked chickpeas: 150g
Coconut milk (light): 120ml
Cashew butter: 15g
Spinach (wilted): 60g
Carrot (sliced & cooked): 60g
Curry powder: 1 tsp
Garlic (minced): 1 clove
Olive oil: 1 tsp

Steps:
Heat oil, garlic, and curry powder in a pan.

Add chickpeas, carrot, and coconut milk. Simmer for 8–10 min.

Stir in spinach and cashew butter. Simmer another 2 min and serve.

Carbs: 35g
Fats: 17g
Fibre: 8g
Calories: ~440kcal
