Are you pregnant and looking for antenatal classes for mum and birth partner?

BirthROCKS Birth Preparation classes are a very special type of antenatal class for mums to be and their birth partners.👶 👩‍🍼 👨‍🍼

What makes these classes special?
Our mission is to enable parents to be empowered and have the full range of options explained to them as well as a deep dive into fears and concerns surrounding the birth and beyond.👶

Let honor preconceived ideas about what you 'should', and discover what you actually want from your birthing experience. Whether you want a home birth, a water birth, all of the drugs available or a c-section - these classes are for you! 🚼

It's an all inclusive class, interactive, fun and interesting. We take into account to birth partner/ life partners point of view and includes lots of practical suggestions for bonding and understanding what is happening within mums body and what is about to happen. We want you to be equipped, ready and looking forward to birth and parenthood.

How does it work?
It starts with a 30 minutes consultation over zoom or face to face, so that I can really tap into what you need from the classes.

Then you choose a date and book in for the classes. Simple.

The classes themselves will be offered as 2 half day sessions in Docklands, London E14. A maximum of 5 couples per session and suitable for the 2nd and 3rd trimester.

We can also offer an intensive class in the comfort of your home.

Pregnancy Yoga Classes start again next week in London, E14.
