I was bullied 🙋‍♀️

I was bullied so bad for 17/ 18 years. It was exhausting and I couldn’t escape, I couldn’t break away from the bully.

Who was she??

She was mean, hurtful and stole a lot of my life from me.

She was ME!!

The ego/ the voice in my head, she bullied me for so long.
“You are gross” “you can’t do that” “no one likes you” “they hate you” “you need to lose weight” I could go on and on and on and on!!

We allow this to happen thinking it’s normal to speak to ourselves like this but it’s not and it’s also very achievable to stop this even though you don’t think it is right now!

Day 2 of Camp Bestival!

Such a fabulous family festival, too much choice of what to do, see and hear. It’s magical and the kids are loving it.

Yesterday a delivered a talk all about our relationship to food, bodies and ourselves and it was AMAZING! My 2yr year old joined me on stage and made everyone laugh a lot more than I did 😂 I better up my game!

Tonight I am joining and Molly Potter on a panel being grilled on s*x after having babies ….. 😬

I think ill have a few gins before this one 🍹

I love speaking, I loved speaking when I was little in my school plays and then my confidence dropped as social and physical pressures grew but im back and it feels great, like a true purpose of mine, it’s amazing when you do something and it feels like a HELL YES.
I’m excited for what coming next for me ❤️

Last weekends sunset at Valley fest 🌅

So magical and feeling so grateful, gratitude is something I focus on daily not only with myself but with my clients too and it definitely improves and speeds up the healing process.
