Thank you for an amazing last night everyone! Such a powerful and beautiful evening’s healing... ✨ a treasure to share with you!

Thank you to LOOSH for the stunning new artwork and to all who came and shared. So nice to see how we have grown in pictorial form along the years... it’s been a real journey.

We are having a little break for some time out for travelling and new projects for a while but look out for us next year 2019!

As it’s our last workshop for a while we have decided to hold a free raffle for ticket holders to win InSense calendars and new meditation artwork created by LOOSH especially for the last two workshops! 🌼

Step out of 'Comfortably Numb' and activate each of your five senses at our InSense workshop 6.30 pm this Saturday 16th June at The Arc Centre, Islington! ✨

We recorded this piano version of the classic Pink Floyd track and it gives you a preview of Gilly's piano skills for the journey and Laura's voice for the guided five senses meditation.

Tickets are only £10 if you pay in advance, £15 if you pay on the door. Yoga mats and blankets available at the space, just bring and warm, comfy clothes for the journey.

Meditation Artwork #12 - Death & Rebirth

And here is it! Our final piece of meditation artwork as created and designed by the fantastic LOOSH... what a magical ride it has been :)

The twelve designs we've enjoyed at the workshops have been just wonderful to meditate on and we are so incredibly grateful to Ley for her amazing talents in designing such evocative pieces... the senses have been well and truly stimulated!
